Refund Policy

We want to be sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases. Please know that we will always do our best to ensure that all of the content we provide is of the best and highest quality and the support we provide is as quick and as efficient as possible. Your success and satisfaction are very important to us!

Having said that, a lot of very hard work and dedication goes into everything that we produce. So we absolutely cannot allow anyone to abuse or take advantage of what we offer, especially by consuming large portions of our content and then requesting refunds. This is why our refund policy is very limited and is strictly enforced. Simply put, to help prevent anyone from wasting their time or ours, we strongly encourage all prospective learners to register for our free sneak peek course and to check out all podcasts and videos pertaining to Tropical Design At Home prior to purchasing any course content.

Tropical Self-Discovery Assessment

Refunds for The Tropical Self-Discovery Assessment can only be made if the assessment itself and any content following the assessment have not been accessed. Learners may view the following and can still request a refund:

  • The "Welcome" video
  • The "Before" and "After" page
  • The Initial Reflection page


Once a learner enters the actual assessment question set and/or any of the pages which follow the assessment question set, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

This assessment is accessible to all learners for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. All refund requests must made during this 30-day period. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase has past under any circumstances.

Tropical Home Transformation Guide

Refunds for this transformation guide can only be made if content after Module 1 - Chapter 2 has not been accessed. Learners may view the following and can still request a refund:

  • The "Welcome" video
  • The Tropical Home Transformation Guide - Overview & Table of Contents
  • Module 1 - Welcome Video
  • Module 1 - Vision Planning & Budgeting Introduction Page
  • Chapter 1: What Makes A Great Space Work?
  • Chapter 1: Notes
  • Chapter 2: How To Define A Room's Purpose


Once a learner accesses any content beginning with Module 1 - Chapter 2A: Needs, Lifestyle, Design Goals and/or any of the pages which follow Module 1 - Chapter 2A: Needs, Lifestyle, Design Goals, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances. 

The Tropical Home Transformation Guide is accessible to all learners for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. All refund requests must made with 30 days from the date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase has past under any circumstances.

How To Request A Refund

To request a refund or an exchange, please do the following:

Send us an email at inquiries@ceruleanbay.com and provide a detailed reason for requesting a refund. We value your feedback!

All requests for refunds will undergo an activity confirmation check! We will review your user activity profile to confirm what activity has occurred and the date and time of the activity. If your user activity profile shows you are eligible for a refund, we will complete the refund request within 3 business days. Only the method of payment used will be credited.

If your user activity profile shows that activity has occurred which goes against our refund policy, we will send a copy of the user activity report to you via email in a PDF format with a notification that the request for a refund has been denied.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please double-check your bank account. If it is still not there, please contact your bank. They might have their own processing time for refunds. If a credit card was used, please contact your credit card company as they will have their own internal policy that applies to the timing of posting refunds. If you’ve done these things and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at  inquiries@ceruleanbay.com to let us know. We will provide evidence of the refund being completed on our end.
